A lively Australian Chardonnay from South Eastern Australia, with flavours of rich melon and peach and a crisp finish. Medium-bodied, with juicy white peach, cream and pineapple characters and a lemon sherbet note. A versatile white for roast chicken, white fish, pasta or mild creamy cheeses at dinners and gatherings.

How do you classify white wines?

We use a 5-step scale: Bone Dry > Dry > Off-Dry > Sweet > Dessert Wine. Dry wines have less than 1% sugar, off-dry around 3%, and anything above 5% tastes sweet. Bone dry whites are crisp and refreshing, while dessert wines (7%+ sugar) are rich and indulgent.
