Cashback Programme Terms & Conditions

1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the participation of users in the TADAAA! loyalty programme (the “Programme”), under which accumulating discounts (“cashback”) are awarded.
1.2. The Programme is available to all users with a registered account on tadaaa.uk.com.
1.3. By taking part in the Programme, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and agrees to receive notifications related to cashback accrual and usage.
2. Nature of Cashback
2.1. Cashback awarded under the Programme is a loyalty discount, not money.
2.2. Cashback is not electronic money, has no monetary value, and cannot be cashed out, sold, exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn to any bank account or digital wallet.
2.3. The cashback balance is displayed in the user’s account under the “Loyalty Programme” section.
3. Accrual of Cashback
3.1. When placing an order, the user sees an estimated cashback amount that may be awarded once the order has been fulfilled and the event has taken place.
3.2. Cashback is only awarded after the event is successfully completed and the order is confirmed as fulfilled.
3.3. If the order or event is cancelled — regardless of the reason or the party initiating the cancellation — no cashback will be awarded for that order.
3.4. Unless stated otherwise, the standard cashback rate is 5% of the amount actually paid by the user.
3.5. TADAAA! reserves the right to modify the cashback rate and to set different rates for specific product categories, service types, or user groups.
3.6. Any changes apply only to future orders and do not affect cashback already awarded.
3.7. Cashback is calculated only on the final paid amount, excluding any portion discounted via coupons, promotions, or other reductions.
4. Validity Period
4.1. Each awarded cashback amount is valid for 1 year from the date of accrual.
4.2. After the expiry date, any unused cashback is automatically and permanently forfeited.
5. Use of Cashback
5.1. Cashback can only be used by the owner of the account to which it was awarded.
5.2. Cashback cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged, or gifted to other users.
5.3. Cashback is applied in full — partial use is not available.
5.4. Cashback may be used to cover up to 25% of the total value of items in a single order.
5.5. Cashback cannot be applied to delivery fees or any other non-item charges.
5.6. If the cashback amount exceeds the order value, the remaining balance stays in the user’s account for future use.
5.7. Cashback may be combined with other promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
6. Order Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. If an order is cancelled — fully or partially — any cashback related to it will not be awarded or reinstated.
6.2. If the user paid for an order using cashback and later requests a refund, TADAAA! refunds only the amount actually paid in money.
6.3. Any cashback or discounts used for the order are not refundable in money under any circumstances.
6.4. If an order is cancelled by TADAAA! for operational reasons, the company may determine the cashback adjustment at its discretion.
7. Fraud Prevention
7.1. To prevent misuse of the Programme, TADAAA! may:
– request identity verification from the user
– temporarily suspend cashback accrual or usage
– adjust, block, or cancel cashback in cases of detected or suspected fraud
7.2. Typical fraud triggers include:
– repeated orders with abnormal patterns
– multiple cancellations after cashback accrual
– multiple accounts with overlapping personal data
– attempts to manipulate Programme benefits
– any behaviour suggesting an attempt to circumvent these Terms
8. Notifications
8.1. TADAAA! sends email and/or in-app notifications when cashback is awarded, used, or approaching expiry.
8.2. By participating in the Programme, the user agrees to receive such notifications.
8.3. Essential system notifications related to cashback may remain mandatory.
9. Technical Corrections
9.1. In the event of technical errors or incorrect balance display, TADAAA! may adjust the cashback balance.
9.2. Users will be notified if such adjustments materially affect their available balance.
10. Programme Changes
10.1. TADAAA! may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time.
10.2. All changes take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the website.
10.3. Upon full termination of the Programme, unused cashback may be forfeited.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
