Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions “Refer a Friend” Programme TADAAA! LTD

1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the referral programme operated by TADAAA! LTD (the “Referral Programme”), available via tadaaa.uk.com.

1.2. The Referral Programme is intended to reward existing users who introduce new users to the TADAAA! platform.

1.3. By participating in the Referral Programme, the user confirms full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as TADAAA! LTD’s Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

Referrer means a registered TADAAA! user who shares a personal referral link.

Friend means a new user who registers on the TADAAA! website using a valid referral link.

Referral Link means a unique link associated with the Referrer’s account.

Bonus Points means non-cash promotional credits denominated in pounds sterling (£), redeemable as a discount on eligible orders.

3. Eligibility and Participation

3.1. Participation in the Referral Programme is available only to registered TADAAA! users.

3.2. A Friend will be considered validly referred only if registration is completed via an active Referral Link.

3.3. Creating accounts on behalf of non-existent, fictitious or third-party individuals is strictly prohibited, as is the use of false, misleading or temporary contact details.

3.4. Bonus Points may be used only within the account to which they were issued. Bonus Points may not be transferred between accounts, consolidated, reassigned following an email address change, or otherwise migrated.

4. Bonus Points

4.1. Bonus Points:

are not money or electronic money; have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for cash; may be used solely as a discount when placing eligible orders on the TADAAA! website.

4.2. Bonus Points are non-transferable and may only be applied to orders placed through the account to which they were credited.

5. Awarding, Activation and Expiry of Bonus Points

5.1. Bonus Points for the Friend Bonus Points are credited to the Friend’s account automatically upon successful registration via a Referral Link.

5.2. Bonus Points for the Referrer Bonus Points are credited to the Referrer’s account at the same time as the Friend’s Bonus Points. Until activation, such Bonus Points are visible in the Referrer’s account, remain inactive and cannot be applied to any order.

5.3. Activation of the Referrer’s Bonus Points Bonus Points credited to the Referrer become active and usable only once all of the following conditions have been met:

the Friend has placed and completed their first order; the relevant event has taken place; at least ten (10) calendar days have passed since the event date; the order has not been cancelled, refunded (in whole or in part), disputed or otherwise deemed invalid.

Where an order is cancelled, refunded or disputed, the Referrer’s Bonus Points will not be activated.

5.4. Expiry and Forfeiture If the Friend does not place a valid order within twelve (12) months of Bonus Points being credited, all Bonus Points associated with that referral will expire for both the Friend and the Referrer, without compensation and without the possibility of reinstatement.

6. Abuse, Fraud and Monitoring

6.1. TADAAA! LTD reserves the right to identify and investigate abuse of the Referral Programme.

6.2. Abuse includes, without limitation, creation of fake accounts, artificial or minimal-value orders, order cancellations intended to simulate referral activity, or systematic attempts to circumvent programme rules.

6.3. TADAAA! LTD may invalidate Bonus Points, cancel orders, issue refunds, suspend or close accounts, or take any other action necessary to protect the integrity of the programme.

7. Combination with Other Promotions

7.1. Bonus Points awarded under the Referral Programme may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or promotional codes, unless expressly permitted under the relevant promotion’s terms.

8. Changes, Suspension and Termination

8.1. TADAAA! LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms, review or reset Bonus Point balances, suspend or terminate the Referral Programme, or cancel outstanding Bonus Points at any time.

8.2. No prior notice or compensation is required in such circumstances.

9. Communications

9.1. By participating in the Referral Programme, users consent to receiving technical, service-related and promotional communications relating to the programme and other TADAAA! services.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Participation constitutes consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and TADAAA! LTD’s Privacy Policy.

10.2. The Referrer’s name may be displayed to the Friend for referral identification purposes.

11. Liability and Force Majeure

11.1. TADAAA! LTD shall not be liable for failures caused by technical issues, third parties, force majeure events or user error.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
