1. General The promotion “TADAAA! Welcome Coupons” is available on tadaaa.uk.com from the date of publication until 31 December 2025 inclusive. These Terms apply to all participants. After successful registration, the user receives three non-cash, fixed-value promotional coupons (£20, £30 and £50) which may be used as discounts on future orders. These coupons are not monetary credit and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or exchanged.
2. Eligibility
To take part, a new user must create an account on tadaaa.uk.com and submit their details (name, email address, phone number and celebration date).
By registering, the user agrees that TADAAA! LTD may use these details to send occasional marketing updates and other relevant marketing communication.
3. Marketing Communications Consent By submitting their contact details, the user consents to receiving promotional and marketing communications from TADAAA! LTD via the email address provided, as well as via WhatsApp and SMS to the phone number submitted during registration. The user may request to opt out of any or all such communications at any time, and TADAAA! LTD will remove the user from the relevant mailing lists upon first request.
4. Conditions of Use
4.1 Each coupon may be applied only to an order with a total value of £100 or more (before delivery fees).
4.2 Only one coupon may be applied per order. Under no circumstances may multiple Welcome Coupons be combined or used together within the same order.
4.3 Coupons must be used sequentially: the second coupon may only be applied once the order associated with the first coupon has been fulfilled; the third coupon may only be applied once the order associated with the second coupon has been fulfilled.
4.4 Coupons obtained through this promotion cannot be transferred to another person or another account.
4.5 Coupons issued under this promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotional codes, or discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms.
4.6 Coupons received under this promotion must be used no later than 31 December 2026.
4.7 If an order placed with a coupon is refunded in full, the coupon is considered redeemed and is not reissued.
4.8 A minimum of 30 days must pass after the completion of the event for which a coupon was applied before the next coupon becomes available for use.
5. Fair Use and Account Misuse
5.1 TADAAA! LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, issue a refund, and block related accounts if we reasonably believe that:
– multiple accounts are created by the same individual or household in order to obtain or reuse Welcome Coupons;
– several orders are placed from different accounts to the same address or for the same event for the purpose of circumventing the sequential-use rule;
– any misuse or attempt to manipulate the promotion has occurred.
5.2 In such cases, TADAAA! LTD may cancel affected orders, return payments, invalidate coupons and block accounts involved.
6. Delivery Area
6.1 The promotion applies only to orders delivered within London.
6.2 Coupons cannot be used for deliveries outside our service zones.
6.3 If the delivery address falls outside our coverage area or is not reasonably serviceable, TADAAA! LTD may cancel the order and issue a refund.
7. Changes to the Promotion
TADAAA! LTD may modify these Terms, extend the promotion or end it early at its discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be published on tadaaa.uk.com.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
