“Thank You” £10 Promo Coupon Terms & Conditions TADAAA! LTD — London
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the promotional coupon titled “Thank You” (the “Coupon”). 1.2. The Coupon is issued by TADAAA! LTD at its sole discretion as part of loyalty, goodwill, or marketing activities. 1.3. By using the Coupon, the user confirms full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.1. The Coupon provides a fixed £10 discount when placing an order on tadaaa.uk.com. 2.2. The Coupon is not money, has no monetary value, and cannot be: – cashed out; – withdrawn to a bank account or card; – exchanged for currency; – sold, transferred, or assigned to third parties. 2.3. The Coupon is a one-time promotional discount and may only be used once per eligible order.
3.1. The Coupon is valid only for orders with a minimum order value as stated on the Coupon itself (for example, orders of £100 or more). 3.2. The Coupon applies only to the value of items and/or services and does not apply to delivery fees or any other non-item charges. 3.3. The Coupon must be used in full. If the discount value exceeds the eligible order amount, no balance or compensation will be provided. 3.4. The Coupon cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion’s terms.
4.1. The Coupon is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued to the user, unless a different expiry date is stated on the Coupon. 4.2. Once expired, the Coupon is automatically void and cannot be reinstated.
5.1. The Coupon may only be used by the user to whom it was issued and within the same account. 5.2. Sharing, transferring, reselling, or publishing the Coupon in public sources is prohibited. 5.3. If an order is cancelled (in full or in part), the Coupon is considered used and will not be reissued. 5.4. The Coupon will not be replaced or restored if unused for any reason, including user error or technical issues.
6.1. TADAAA! LTD reserves the right to: – amend the Coupon terms at any time; – restrict its use for certain products, services, or categories; – withdraw or cancel the Coupon without prior notice. 6.2. Any changes do not apply retroactively and do not affect Coupons already used.
7.1. In cases of suspected misuse, including but not limited to multiple account creation, attempts to bypass restrictions, or fraudulent behaviour, TADAAA! LTD may: – cancel the Coupon; – refuse its application; – suspend or block the user’s account. 7.2. The Company may request additional information to verify the user’s identity where necessary.
8.1. The Coupon is provided “as is” and does not create any obligation for monetary compensation. 8.2. TADAAA! LTD shall not be liable for the inability to use the Coupon due to reasons beyond its reasonable control.
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
